Chapter House 100th Anniversary Donation Request

University of North Dakota Beta Brothers,

A drive to support the Beta Leadership Fund is now underway. This is the General Fraternities annual fundraiser. However, before you write a check or put a donation on your card, take a minute to also consider the upcoming 100th anniversary of our own Beta house. 

We are in the middle of a $300,000 renovation project and have already spent over $100,000. So far, we have installed new windows, new carpet, and new furniture on the main floor, replaced French doors leading to the outside, tables and chairs for the dining room, and upgraded the fire control system. The structure is sound but the wear and tear from the years of brotherhood and memories at 2600 University means our home needs your support now.

We are asking every Gamma Kappa Beta to commit to pledging a minimum of $1,500.00 so that we are able to complete the renovations in time for the celebration of the house’s 100th birthday. You can send your entire pledge now or over the next three years.

If your personal circumstance prohibits you from committing to a full pledge, we understand but please give what you can.  All donations are greatly appreciated towards the renovation project.

Every Beta should support the Beta Leadership Fund. However, over the next three years your financial support and resources should be devoted to the renovation of our Gamma Kappa Home. It holds special memories for each of us. We need your assistance and commitment. Will you do it?
